Every relevant tender, ranked in one inbox
Stop checking portals one by one. Search EU TED, the World Bank, UNDP, the IDB and SAM.gov at once, or follow them as daily feeds alongside any RSS or Atom feed. Every notice is scored against your firm’s bid profile, so the best matches come first.
Search now, or follow daily
Live search queries the portals directly. When a search works, save it as a feed and matching notices arrive in your inbox every day.
Scored against your profile
Each notice gets a match score from your sectors, countries, keywords and value range, with the reason it matched.
One click into your pipeline
Import a notice and it becomes an opportunity, with its deadline kept up to date as the source changes.
Sources you can connect
Each feed is a source you configure once, or save straight from a live search:
- EU TED (Tenders Electronic Daily): search CPV codes by topic and follow as many as you need in one feed, optionally narrowed by keywords and the countries you work in.
- World Bank: choose a borrower country and notice type, with optional keywords.
- UNDP: follow the global feed or a single country, with optional keywords matched in titles.
- IDB: follow Inter-American Development Bank notices for a country, with optional keywords.
- SAM.gov: follow US federal contract opportunities by title keywords, a NAICS industry code, or both. SAM.gov needs an API key, so it is available once enabled for your workspace.
- Any RSS or Atom feed: add the feed URL, with optional country and sector hints, to cover national portals and other funders.
You can add several sources of the same type. Each gets its own tab in the Discover inbox, named with the label you give it.
Search the portals live
Live search looks for tenders right now, without waiting for a feed to sync. Enter keywords (put a phrase in quotes to match it exactly), up to five countries, or both, and it queries EU TED, the World Bank, UNDP, the IDB and, when enabled, SAM.gov directly. Closed notices are left out, and if one portal doesn’t answer, the others still show.
Results from every portal appear together, or page through one portal on its own tab. Each notice shows its match score against your bid profile and whether it is already in your inbox or pipeline. Import a notice straight into the pipeline, or save the search as a feed so matching notices arrive every day. The chat assistant and the MCP server can run live searches too.
How matching works
Matching is driven by your bid profile: the sectors you work in, the countries you target, the keywords that signal a good fit, and the contract value range you pursue. The closer a notice fits, the higher its match score, and every item shows the reason behind its score.
Want a second opinion? The optional AI scoring boost re-ranks a selection of tenders with a language model, using whichever provider you choose, including a model on your own hardware.
From notice to pursuit
For each item in the inbox you can import it into your pipeline or dismiss it. Imported items stay visible with an Imported badge, so the team can see what has already been picked up.
An imported notice becomes a full opportunity, ready for a go/no-go decision. For TED, World Bank, IDB and SAM.gov notices, the deadline keeps refreshing from the portal, so a changed submission date doesn’t catch you out. When the notice opens a two-stage procedure, our guide to getting shortlisted covers the first stage.
Always current
Feeds refresh automatically every day, and Sync now fetches immediately when you need it. Each source shows its health: last status, any error, the number of items found and the time of the last sync, so you can tell at a glance whether a connector is working.
Frequently asked questions
Which tender portals does BidderOps cover?
EU TED, the World Bank, UNDP, the Inter-American Development Bank and SAM.gov (US federal) have built-in connectors. Any other portal that publishes an RSS or Atom feed can be added as a custom source.
Do I need accounts or API keys for the tender sources?
Not for the public portals: TED, the World Bank, UNDP and the IDB are read without credentials, and a custom feed needs only its URL. SAM.gov requires an API key, so it is available once it has been enabled for your workspace.
Can I search for tenders without setting up a feed?
Yes. Live search queries the portals directly by keyword and country. Searching is open to every member; importing a notice or saving a search as a feed needs an editor role.
How often are new tenders fetched?
Every source refreshes automatically once a day, and you can trigger an immediate sync at any time.
Can AI help rank the tenders?
Yes, optionally. The AI scoring boost re-ranks a selection of tenders with the language model you configure, which can be a cloud provider or a model you run yourself. Standard match scoring works without any AI provider.
