Bid management for NGOs and implementers
NGOs bidding for donor-funded contracts compete with commercial consultancies, usually with smaller bid teams. BidderOps helps you spend that capacity on the right tenders and reuse your track record every time.
UN and donor tenders in one inbox
UNDP, World Bank, EU TED and IDB notices, plus any RSS feed, ranked against the sectors and countries you work in.
Capacity where it counts
Win probabilities, expected value and a go/no-go record help a small team say no to the wrong bids early.
Consortium partners, one bid at a time
Invite partner organizations into a single bid, with no view of your other work.
See UN and donor tenders in one place
Discovery follows the UNDP global feed or a single country, World Bank notices by borrower country, EU TED by CPV code and country, and IDB notices, and any other portal that publishes an RSS or Atom feed. Every notice is scored against your bid profile, so the tenders that fit your sectors, countries and keywords rise to the top.
Choose carefully when capacity is tight
When the same few people write every proposal, each bid you decline frees time for one you can win. BidderOps gives each opportunity a win probability and expected value from your own history, and records every go, no-go and conditional decision with its rationale. The bid/no-bid guide includes a free scoring matrix you can use straight away.
Consortium partners, without oversharing
Many donor-funded contracts are delivered by consortia. Invite partner organizations into a single bid at view, upload or comment level. They see that bid’s overview, documents and notes, and nothing else, which matters when a partner on one tender is a competitor on the next.
Your project history, reusable
Keep past projects and staff CVs in the experience library and match them to each new tender. The CSV import works without any AI provider, so you can build the library from the spreadsheets you already keep.
AI costs and data under your control
The pipeline, discovery match scores and win probabilities work without AI. When you do use the AI features, they run on your own provider keys or a model on your own server, chosen feature by feature, and BidderOps never uses your data to train AI models.
Frequently asked questions
Is BidderOps suitable for grant applications?
BidderOps is built for competitive tenders and contracts. You can track any opportunity with a deadline in the pipeline, but it has no grant-specific tools such as budget templates or donor reporting.
Which UN tenders can BidderOps pull in?
UNDP procurement notices through a built-in connector, globally or for one country. Other agencies and portals that publish RSS or Atom feeds can be added as custom sources.
Can our consortium partners use BidderOps?
Yes. Invite each partner into a specific bid at view, upload or comment level. They see only that bid.
Do we need to pay for an AI provider?
No. Core features, including the pipeline, discovery match scores, win probabilities and the CSV import, work without AI. The AI features use your own provider keys or a local model when you choose to turn them on.
