Bid management for consulting firms
Consulting assignments are won on references, key experts and methodology, under tight deadlines and often with partners. BidderOps gives your bid team one place to find tenders, decide which to pursue, prepare the proposal and learn from the result.
Find assignments early
Search or follow EU TED, the World Bank, UNDP, IDB, SAM.gov and RSS feeds, scored against your sectors, countries and keywords.
Put your best experts forward
A searchable library of references and CVs, matched to each tender, with a capability annex in one click.
Chase the bids you can win
A win probability from your own history, an AI go/no-go advisor, and a record of every decision.
Built around how consulting bids are scored
In donor-funded consulting tenders, most technical points go to your firm’s relevant experience and the qualifications of your key experts. That is why BidderOps puts your references and CVs at the centre: import them once from spreadsheets or documents, and Capability Match ranks them against every new opportunity, names the strengths and gaps, and generates a Word annex of the references and experts you choose.
From expression of interest to award in one workspace
Every opportunity gets its own workspace, and the pipeline shows all of them by stage:
- The RFx analyzer reads the tender document and extracts the scope, evaluation criteria, milestones, key dates and the list of documents the submission needs. Our methodology guide covers the section that carries most of the technical points.
- The submission checklist tracks every required document until it is collected.
- Documents are filed as RFP documents, your submission, clarifications, and award or debrief material.
- The Deadlines view shows every submission due in the next 30 days, most urgent first.
Decide before you write
A full technical proposal costs weeks of senior time. BidderOps gives every opportunity a pursuit score from your own win history in its sector and country, an AI advisor that recommends go, no-go or conditional, and a recorded rationale. Our bid/no-bid guide covers the process in depth.
Team with partners without oversharing
Invite joint-venture partners and subconsultants into a single bid with view, upload or comment access. They never see your pipeline, your experience library or any other opportunity, and that boundary is enforced by the database.
Learn from every result
Record the winner, award value, loss reason and lessons for every bid. Over time BidderOps builds price-to-win benchmarks by sector and funding source, competitor profiles showing who beats you and by how much, and AI insights on your win and loss patterns. For how price is scored in EU tenders, read our pricing guide.
Frequently asked questions
Which funders and portals does BidderOps work with?
Discovery has built-in connectors for EU TED, the World Bank, UNDP, the IDB and SAM.gov, plus any RSS or Atom feed, and Live search queries them directly. Any tender can also be added to the pipeline by hand, and opportunities can be tagged with funders such as the World Bank, EU, USAID, MCC, AfDB and ADB.
How do we get our existing references and CVs in?
Upload them as a CSV using the template, with no AI needed, or let your configured AI model extract them from PDFs, Word documents and text. Every record is reviewed before it is saved.
Can our partners work in BidderOps with us?
Yes. Invite them into a single bid at view, upload or comment level. They see that bid and nothing else.
How do we get started?
Create your organization, invite your team, set your bid profile, add the tender sources you follow, and import your track record. The getting-started guide in the docs walks through each step.
