Tender management for contractors
Contractors bidding on public and donor-funded tenders juggle portals, deadlines, document checklists and pricing decisions. BidderOps puts every tender, deadline and result in one pipeline.
Every tender and deadline in view
A pipeline board and table, a 30-day deadlines view, and deadlines that refresh from the source.
No missing submission documents
The RFx analyzer lists the documents a tender requires, and the submission checklist tracks each one.
Price with your own history
Winning-discount benchmarks by sector and funder, and profiles of the competitors who beat you.
Every tender and deadline in one pipeline
Track each tender from identified to won or lost on a Kanban board or a sortable table. The Deadlines view lists every submission due in the next 30 days with a countdown, and deadlines on tenders pulled in through discovery keep refreshing as the source updates, so a changed date doesn’t slip past the team.
Never miss a submission document
Drop the tender document into the RFx analyzer and it extracts the scope, evaluation criteria, milestones, key dates and the documents the submission requires. Save that list to the submission checklist and tick items off as they are collected. Clarifications and addenda have their own document category, next to the tender documents and your submission.
Price with evidence, not instinct
Record the winner and award value of every bid you lose, and BidderOps estimates the winning discount by sector and funding source, and builds competitor profiles showing who beats you, how often and at what typical discount. The more results you record, the sharper the picture.
Bid with partners
Invite joint-venture partners and subcontractors into a single tender at view, upload or comment level, so their documents land in the right place without exposing the rest of your pipeline.
Decide faster
Every opportunity carries a win probability from your own record in that sector and country, and the go/no-go advisor recommends go, no-go or conditional with its reasons. Decisions are recorded with their rationale, including the tenders you chose not to bid.
Frequently asked questions
Does BidderOps work for works and supply tenders, not just services?
Yes. The pipeline, deadlines, submission checklist and outcome tracking work for any tender. Discovery pulls whichever notices your source settings select, such as TED CPV codes or a World Bank notice type.
Can we see who beat us and at what price?
Yes, once you record outcomes. Each lost bid can store the winner and award value, which feed competitor profiles and winning-discount benchmarks.
Can we add tenders from portals BidderOps doesn’t connect to?
Yes. Add any tender to the pipeline by hand, or connect a portal that publishes an RSS or Atom feed as a custom source.
Who on our team can make go/no-go decisions?
Members with the can go/no-go permission. A separate can withdraw permission controls who can pull out of a bid that is already under way.
